A new tradition at Expert-Minds: a meeting that brought us even closer together
This fall, our Expert-Minds team started a wonderful tradition: offline meetings for the entire team. In October, we finally gathered in Barcelona, a city where sunshine, laughter, and delicious food create the perfect atmosphere for new ideas and genuine unity.
It all started with dinner at a cozy restaurant, where instead of the usual work chats, there were warm conversations, jokes, and stories from our personal lives. We shared things that you don’t usually share on Teams daily, what we love, how we spend our time, and even how our careers have changed over the past year. And with each story, we became closer.
The next day, we walked around Barcelona together, from the Gothic Quarter to the sea. But the main event was yet to come: a master class on how to cook authentic Spanish paella! Our charismatic chef turned the kitchen into a stage and us into a real team of chefs. There was a lot of laughter, aromas, and, of course, tasting.
These few days were special for us. We saw each other not through screens, but in person, with all our smiles, energy, and unique stories.
Now we are already planning our next meeting, choosing a new city, because we are sure that this is only the beginning of our tradition. And although it is still unrealistic for all of us to work onsite together, we know for sure — never say never.
Barcelona left us not only with vivid photos, but also with something more valuable, an even stronger team, where everyone is part of the great shared history of Expert-Minds
